I saw this interview on MTV Canada this summer I think

I never attended the show in question. I did get to hear it since though. It must have been great to see but it does not transer well to audio alone. The arrangement was terrible. All big and sonically booming.. just the opposite of what the song was about. I thought it sounded terribly out of place with her voice. Id compare it to Amy singing the lead vocal of empty room (90's version).

would have been nice to have been there though.

Good that they did perform together. Perfect is that it happened at the aftershow, not the main show. That probably wouldn't have worked...
