Alicia keys is not an attention seeking media whore? She is just as pretty and maybe even more talented as Beyonce but she's also a lot more humble and laid back. If she was desperate for attention Beyonce would have some serious competition.

She does not want 2 be exposed.

Two very different ladies, it would like comparing Aretha to Tina Turner, one has a very overly sexual image and the other in her day could imply SEX with her voice. I feel the same with Alicia and Beyonce, both are very sexy women, but both use it differently, and neither is wrong. Alicia can be sexy without really dressing sexy at all, though if she did i have a feeling she might take over the world with her body, her sex appeal is more in the voice and the performance and makes you think, Alicia has a look that can make you go nuts, where as Beyonce would rely more on the image of Sex to get you.

I don't understand the comparison. Both are talented performers, one is a true musician, the other sells "the power of the bootay". That "uh oh booty dance" set it off for her. Who didn't attempt to do that dance when Crazy In Love came on. I love and respect them both.

I enjoy Beyonce's music, but I saw those two at the same concert in Boston a while back,Alicia went on first... she smoked Beyonce on stage. Alicia,s voice was actually more powerful than Beyonce's and Alicia danced just as well. My sister is a huge Beyonce fan, but after seeing that show she agreed with me that Alicia was wayyy more talented. I was disapointed in Beyonce's performance that night, but I will always support her

Not really getting the comparison either. But I do want Alicia to stay behind the piano The dancing doesn't suit her imo, stick to the music. If I want a bunch of bullshit along w/ the singing I'll go see BeyondSuede...

Both are mediocre artists.

There are female artists that have tried wearing less than Beyonce and still don't have her popularity. Don't see the comparison either. They both have their audiences. How come no current female artist can be discussed without BEYONCE being tacked on for whatever reason.
