LOS ANGELES - Britney Spears has lost custody of her children, Access Hollywood has learned.

According to court documents obtained by Access, Kevin Federline will be granted custody of the couple’s two kids — Sean Preston and Jayden James — on Oct. 3.

Federline will retain custody “until further notice of the Court.”

Well hopefully this might smack her with reality to just get your own head straight, stop listening to the people around you who want a "comeback", that fucking word needs to be retired already, stop listening to people that tell you all you need is to work with me and have a hit to get you straight (i.e Timbaland). However should custody really turned over to someone whos already got a few kids already that he isnt helping out? Custody should be shared by the grandparents, although Britneys mother isnt exactly a good person, i would have to say give it to Jamie Lynn Spears, Britneys younger sister, she seems like the only adult of all of them and shes only 17.

Listen....You got a new album coming out and concentrate on that. Let's see how those kids turn out being raised by Federline! Sorry, but maybe not ever woman is meant to be a mother.

Dare I suggest that the Britney/KFed relationship challenges the traditional gender roles and maybe strike a blow for femenism. She works (or at the very least HAD a career where she peaked and was the head of her field), he doesn't (or barely does....can you consider what he "does" even like a normal part time job?) and now he is the main parent. This does happen often but maybe this will open up people's eyes in two different ways. 1. Women aren't automatically good mothers or necessarily the stay at home parent a child needs and 2. When it comes to being crazy and irresponsible, girls can be just as bad as the fellows (although we've kind of known this). I didn't say it would be a good view of women, but it will definately change people's minds that women are meant to be stay at home moms (hopefully this view has been shattered but you never know). Hope the Mormon morons who still have 12 wives and, force their daughters to marry cousins or related males very young and bred to stop that bullshit now and let those girls go!

I agree but for the record neither one of them should have these kids, also K-fed already has kids with another woman and cant work that situation, so turning more kids over to this guy shows "great" judgement in the legal system. As for her new album, im hearing rumblings that its going to be shelved, despite most of it leaking. BMG/Jive obviously likes the gree publicity she gets, but putting out her record at this point is a mistake, plus she isnt going to do anything to promote it so why bother, just let it leak out there. Also the disgruntled employee/bodyguard is being disqualified as a witness to anything because he has a criminal background (good hiring!) and has tried to extort money before (once again, GREAT background checks).

I hope this makes her wake up and get a hold of herself

The fact that Britney lost her kids to the likes of Kevin Federline says alot about the state Britney is in. I really believe Kevin is out for big child support since his alimony has ended. I feel bad for the kids. I guess trash is trash, no matter how rich they are.

What's intriguing to me is despite all the foul stuff we assume about Federline, do we really have any real incidents to go on to call him a deadbeat, etc? I can't think of anything pointed that I've read or seen on TV. You'd think that with all the crap Britney has been caught doing over the past couple years or so, Kevin would be implicated in something.

Maybe he's a no-talent opportunist who cheated on Shar, but actually isn't all that bad when it comes to day-to-day stuff.

At any rate, I hope Britney survives this and takes it as a cue to snap the hell out of whatever stupor has possessed her.
