First of all, this is great news! We were told no new ablum until 2008.
I'm very exited about this. But am I reading the price correct of 40 pounds which translates to about $81.00 plus for US fans for the discbox set? And I don't think that includes shipping/handling fees.
Umm I love Radiohead, but that's a bit steep if I want the discbox set, which of course I do. Hmmm.

its good marketing technique because Radiohead like so many others with loyal followers, people mostly are gonna buy the thing later on, its a good way to prove a point too. However someone emailed me a track or two about a month ago and they still seem stuck in this techno vibe.

The problem for me with the discbox, besides high price, is it includes 2-lp vinyl set which I have no use for. I wish they would release a version w/o lps which would make the price cosideribly cheaper. It's still early and I'm sure they'll work out something. Nonetheless, new RH next week!

well.. i take that back.. a few weeks ago there were like 6 or 7 second samples floating around of about 4 or 5 tracks.. not sure that constitutes hearing them though.
