While Michael Jackson is one of the most famous people in the world, in most places he is not as scrutinized as he is in the US and the UK. For example, NHK in Japan and MBC News in South Korea did not cover the Michael Jackson trial like CNN. He is still seen as an eccentric but brilliant entertainer and popular musician. In the US in particular, of course, the situation is the complete opposite. Most people see him as a weird person. But in the end, this is their opinion and imo their loss for believing what the mainstream media feeds them. Some of the most revered classical composers were seen as freaks and has-beens at the time of their death. And look how much their music is beloved right now. That's the thing, most European countries (with the obvious exception of the UK and probably some others) and Asian countries and probably countries in the Middle East, Africa, Australia, South America and the like still hold a profound respect for Michael there because they don't focus too much on the bullshit. But that's the thing when artists get to a certain age and in the major countries they start to "fall off", they're still accepted outside these countries. Why you think Tina moved to Europe after finding success again? Thing is I feel Michael may just pull a Tina and focus on being an entertainer publicly while raising his kids privately. The reasons he get in the news is because of who he's turned out to be in recent years. My mom practically thinks Mike's retired because he hasn't put out much and I'm just about in agreement unless I hear a new song. But I feel that all Michael can do right now is release a respectable album that does commercially and critically (in my view) if he feels that the excitement is back. We shall see if another chapter in Michael's book will begin and when it does, will it be the same old, same old, or are we gonna have a happy ending?

I think we'll see some good things in the next couple of years. He's a strong brother and that's one of the reasons why I still admire him. IMO, the American media WANTED Michael to fail when he became too successful. It's not the same conspiracy thing we keep hearing, but it's just that Michael wasn't exactly successful because of this media machine like Britney Spears or Justin Timberlake were and are. Michael was "the people's superstar". That's why he can go to the UK, or various places of Europe and Asia and get love there. For a guy who supposedly hates blacks and being blacks, he'll go to Africa and get love there too! I think with all the cool things happening(the Thriller 25 release, the new album, rumored tour, Vogue magazine, and various appearances), we may get that comeback we've been waiting for. I think he realized how much he meant to people at the MTVJ Awards a year or so ago and he got emotional when they were yelling "Thank You Michael" and "We still love you". I saw a glimpse of the Michael Jackson I grew up with "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

One day I will like Earth Song and Stranger In Moscow...but only time will tell ONE THING..is that History and BOTDF are clearly his most experimental body of work stuff he's done on any album. Morphine Is It Scary Superfly Sister Money Tabloud Junkie History Smile They Dont Care About Us Scream I kinda wish he can get in2 that weird phase again now...not angry..but weird...janet too... I saw a glimpse of the Michael Jackson I grew up with true about him being shown love outside of america i was at the wmas last year when he was there and it was crazy everyone was constantly chanting for him whenever there was a quiet moment/break even when some people were on stage (rude but better than the booing which some of the people were getting) and when he came out the place errupted even during the 'we are the world' thing . I called it thing because so many rumours exist about whether he stopped singing or the microphones were turned off but even though it was messed up everyone was so hyped it was amazing to be there when we had left and were outside there were loads of people acting silly cry about how amazing it was (heaven helps if he does a proper concert) guess who's SUV drives past beeping its horn i have never seen so many people forget all common sense and just run down the centre of a road screaming there must have been 200-300 people followed by a few police shouting stop but even still the next day the uk papers reported that people had booed him when he was on stage so i dont think he will ever win the support of the media they seem to enjoy the fact he is 'crazy' and 'wacko' With Love there is no Death

No. Michael originally recorded it for the Bad album around the time he recorded "Fly Away", but it didn't make the cut. He reworked it with Teddy Riley for the Dangerous album but it didn't make that album either. It was released as a special single release in 1992 to promote the Dangerous World Tour. An instrumental version was played during the Bucharest concert. An edited version was going to be included for the Bad Special Edition but was taken off "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."
