Somebody remembers "The Artist Formerly Known As ?" ?

That's no joke, back in 2001 i downloaded a few tracks on Napster by a guy called "The Artist Formerly Known As ?", the guy sounded a lot like Prince (& his tracks were often miscredited 2 Prince on Napster, that's how i discovered him.) Since then i lost these mp3 & remembers the guy 2day & googled him but found nothing cuz Google doesn't take the "?" in2 account! But at the time, when i had the titles of the tracks, i had been able 2 locate the guy on the web.

Does somebody remembers the guy & can u help me 2 find him on the web???

Good stuff! Very funky!

The music is very Prince-ish, but the guy himself sounds nothing like P. Could pass for the Bar-Kays lead singer, though.
