I mean Lachappelle took the photos, how come he's not arrested? RStone sold it how come the editors arent in jail? The picture has been exhibited all around the world (NY, London, Paris etc) without any problems. I think it's just a case of the local police being over zealous or maybe local councillors.
I recall that in the same area (Gateshead) around 1990 dozens of children were removed from their homes after local care officers accused parents of abusing their children. The parents were later exonerrated and children returned home but all were left with emotional scars that will never heal. These kind of people are out to score political points using child abuse as a banner to wave.
