The 10 greatest MC's of all time

Since I was a rap from the very beginning and witnessed its growth over the years, I have heard many MC's spit the mike. Some great. Some cool. Some alright. And some horrible. I want to lay down my favorite rappers of all time. Starting with Pac. No one is better than him. My whole list is:
1. 2Pac
2. Rakim
3. Ice Cube
4. Eminem
5. Biggie
6. Big Daddy Kane
7. Lil' Kim
8. Nas
9. Chuck D
10. Snoop Dogg
Honarable mention to Run-DMC because they work better together and not alone.
Peace and be wild!

Jimmy "JJ" Walker did a good job MCing the talent show episodes of "Good Times".
Andy is a four letter word.

Sorry about LL. I love him I guess I just overlooked him. In reality, I would have LL Cool J at 10 before Snoop so consider this a reprise. As far as Jay-Z goes, HE SUCKS!

You know, one could make the case for Kelvin Mercer (Plug 2) over Dave (his verse on "Much More" might be the single greatest verse of the last 10 years), but this list is pretty airtight.

My list didn't deviate much; I added LL because the case can be made that he's still the prototype by which most MC's are still built. Guru, Brother J and Tip, hard to argue them.

Now, if MF Doom makes a few more neo-classics along the lines of Madvillainy and MM..Food, he could crack that list.
