I'm only saying this because Tito's sons can't sing for shit to me, lol. They can sing, but they don't have really strong voices. Tarryl is the most talented. He wrote "Change Me" for Ruben Studdard and "Rumors" for Lindsay Lohan Yeah, I give him that. But yo, didn't Taj write "I Call It Love" for Lionel? And yeah that's what I mean, they're okay but I never thought they could hang as singers, per se.

During the making of the "For The Record" book, we found out that they have songs written from 1988, and they weren't even in middle school. Tarryl is the only one who's fully in music full time. Taj is directing a movie and TJ is a father and has his own real estate business in Texas "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Yeah, I know the production is artificial, and I know the lyrics read like a Hallmark card, but the overall message.. the lovely, true-to-life metaphors.. the world-class vocals.. and subtle musical touches like the keyboard flourishes and string section... just manage to choke me up like a motherfucker everytime. Then again, I'm the emotional/sentimental type. I hadn't dug out my copy of Dangerous in God knows how long, and was amazed at how this track moves me in the same way it did back when I was an MJ junkie. Never liked it. .

MJ, "Gone Too Soon"

Mike sings it beautifuly. Simple, human, touching, beautiful. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Did anyone notice : MJ sound deeply like Diana Ross, on a very emotional part of this song ? This is the most beautiful and touchy moment of the song. here : "Born to amuse, to inspire, to delight. Here one day..." To my feeling you can really hear Miss Ross there.
