The problem is that KFed isn't a good choice either.

Absolutely not, but at least he's shown some kind of control over these past few months. He's not out there showing his dick and acting like a loser.

But that's the problem Kfed doesn't seem to be the most responsible of parents, and yet Britney who is the mother, the celebrity and who is obviously richer loses custody to him. This without doubts proves she's in freefall. The Law doesn't like taking children away from the Mothers in general unless that's mother is way out of control, this enforcement alone proves that Britney is way out of control

I bet she's more concerned about her VMA fallout than she is about losing her kids...just a hunch.
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

At first I was feeling all sorry for Britney. But after I saw her facial expression after her "performance" and the applause she got from the VMAs and that little VH1 special they did on her antics over this past year, I've come to the conclusion this child doesn't care about her reputation or anything else. She only sucking up the attention, that's all she's about that's all she really wants. I'm afraid that even losing her kids won't shake her out of it, cause all that it'll garnish for her is a lot of sympathy attention. Too bad her fans won't put their collective foot down and demand more of her then what she's been giving them. After that little concert stunt she pulled here at the "House of Blues" I'd of held a Britney bonfire, I can't think of too many entertainers that could have done that and still be adored. Think Ashley Simpson.

it's not just her fans it's all of us.

look at Anna Nicole, Lindsay Lohan, Paris, Nicole Ritchie, and her. there is some weird sick thing going on with watching all these girls self destruct.

when is the media going to say no more and not focus on them?

Well this is what happens to POP icons, i mean we have seen this movie before. Im sure there is going to be some kind of nbc movie of the week about this at some point and book deals, oh by the way, the Bodyguard already signed a book deal, so how much of his word can we take. All in all, neither deserves the kids at this point, one is mixed up, and the other already has 23 kids that he doesnt take care of.

Wait a second, I thought K-Fed only has 4 kids so far (soon to be 5 if you count the unborn that Shar Jackson is carrying).

It ain't me, I own not one piece of Britney merchandise, so I contribute not 1 penny to the $800,000/mo. empire. As I said before had I been one of those fans that stood in line all day, on a hot day (if I remember correctly) paid $180 for a ticket and got what they got, every Britney thing I owned would have went up in flames.

On that note, out of that above list, Anna, has been the only one that got an ounce of my attention at that was pre-Grammy slurred speech moment, after that Anna got dropped in my book, well I gave her a few more seconds after I saw where she came from and her family, but honestly, I used the remote control a lot during the grand media blitz. Any thing I hear on them people is purely by osmosis.

So $35 was worth the price of what the fans got? I guess to get a glimpse cost. But to be slightly crude, one could get a glimpse of the whole "package" for free, not once, not twice, but three times or are we up to four now? Sorry, I not trying to be mean, but I just think that girl needs a good pinch. I'm just surprised that other people were surprise what they got at the VMAs, after that little "concert" stunt she pulled earlier, it was the exact same mess over and over. When I saw it that's all I thought, why did they think she was going to do anything different. Silly people

That´s sad to hear, but I just don´t like Gloria Allred, the attorney. I don´t find her credible at all.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

She needs to postpone any future work and just move to a farmhouse in the middle of nowhere for a while. I hope that somebody helps her. It's quite sad.

Exactly. The first thing she needs to do is GET OUT OF THE SPOTLIGHT! Fuck Hollywood, fuck L.A.....she need to go to some quiet farmhouse, away from the media, away from the phoniness of Tinseltown. It's all bullshit. She needs to go somehere and chill for a bit.Relax and enjoy life.Forget about making a comeback, forget about a new album. Her life is more important than all that.

Her life is spiraling out of control. She seriously needs to just STOP and get away from the madness.I hope that her family members and close friends are advising her to do this.

She didn't lose custody

LOS ANGELES (AFP) - A judge has ordered Britney Spears to undergo random drug testing in the latest twist to the fallen pop singer's bitter custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, court documents showed Tuesday.

Los Angeles Superior Court judge Scott Gordon said that, according to evidence presented in closed door hearings, Spears remains a "habitual, frequent, and continuous" user of "controlled substances and alcohol."

"The petitioner (Spears) is ordered to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol," the court order stated. "Testing shall be conducted twice per week on random dates and times."

The judge however did not make any changes to the existing shared custody arrangements between Spears and Federline regarding the the couple's two baby children, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
On Monday it emerged that a former bodyguard had lodged a statement with the court making allegations of nudity and drugs and expressing concern about the welfare of the Spears' sons.

Reports have said Federline had been seeking a 70/30 arrangement in his favour instead of the 50/50 agreement the couple have.

The court's order also ruled that Spears and Federline were to be "restrained from making derogatory remarks about the other party and the other party's family or significant other."

Gordon, who also ordered Spears to see a therapist at least once a week, is requiring her and Federline to hire a parenting "coach" to evaluate them and report to the court. He also ordered them to sign up for a Parenting Without Conflict program within five days.

Spears, 25, filed for divorce from former back-up dancer Federline last year and has rarely been out of the tabloid headlines since before she entered a rehabilitation center in February.

Her stint in rehab followed a series of lurid tabloid headlines chronicling Spears' wild lifestyle.

She was repeatedly photographed in nightspots wearing no underwear, and was also captured bizarrely shaving her head in a hair salon and attacking a photographer's car with an umbrella.

The order to undergo drug testing is the latest blow to Spears' image as she attempts to rebuild her sagging career ahead of the release in November of her first album for four years.

Monday, Spears' management company terminated a contract with her after just over a month. It followed a heavily criticized public performance by the singer at the MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas.

"It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears," manager Jeff Kwatinetz said in a statement.

"We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record, but current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job."

Spears shot to superstardom in late 1998, with her smash-hit debut album "Baby One More Time" which she followed with another chart-topping success the following year, "Oops! ... I Did It Again".

According to Time magazine, Spears has sold over 76 million records worldwide and her 31 million albums sold in the US make her the eighth best-selling female artist in US music history

Serves her right. She's been acting like a drugged out, air head for months now. If she thinks her money will keep her kids when she's acting like an uncontrollable loser, she's dead wrong.

This girl needs some serious help. I'm talking like a hospital, not a spa/rehab centre.

For real and we have a place for her in NYC. Hey Britney:

IT'S BELLUEVUE BITCH evillol

(For those who don't know, it's a famous hospital in Manhattan where all the crazy folk go)

Time to get back to work. Honestly, this might be the best thing that ever happened to her. I'm not totally joking....I mean, she obviously doesn't want kids all that much if this is what is happening with them. Maybe she is better off not as a full time mom, you know?

And what does she do the night after that court judgement. Go out and party, with paparazzi all over the place. Lindsey L. said it, as much as they hate what they say about them in the tabloids you definitely want to be in them. It's all about the attention. She ain't crazy, she's just rich and don't give a damn.
