I think I sorta know what lastdecember means but I also don’t think I necessarily need that from her. I think she’s building a very nice discography. While I wouldn’t mind that one big smashing album, it would just be a marker for all subsequent efforts to be compared to and she doesn’t need that. I think the strength is in having a strong and consistent catalogue of material. I’d like her to venture into other sounds or try other producers but it won’t necessarily equate success. Her ‘it’ album in my opinion thus far is Emancipation and Butterfly is a close runner up.

Always Be My Baby – SoSo Def Mix is a staple, that’s for sure.
I love the dance and house mixes of Butterfly, Fantasy and I wish I had Fly Like A Bird but I don’t think I do.

This time around it’ll probably be an Hip Hop Mix with her remixes and guest appearances that segues into a House Party Mix.

again i will say butterfly is her best album.. because it has a meaning and great them... the TIOmimi is about nothing.... she started the album off singing about parties, then we belong together, then going to the club, then she wants to sleep with a guy.. and then ending the album with JESUS... that album really didn't make sense... it has no direction...
but butterfly had a nice them... and was very person... TIOM was about mariah trying to make a "hit" album instead of a nice personal album...

I know you do not like TEOM but if the songs do not appeal to you, then they just do not appeal to you. Your method of picking the album apart because you feel it has no direction makes no sense. Partying, making love, asking for guidance or assistance from above are all legitimate aspects of life.
An album is not a book. It does not have to have a theme or songs in a sequential order to convey some meaning.

You may think there is no point and maybe there isn’t, they are just songs after all however, they are some of Mariah’s better songs and collectively one of her better albums.


And 80-90 percent of woman have cellulite starting from their early twenties.
