Elisa recorded a Prince song ON The Way Up which Prince wrote. Great track. She made a few appearances one being Arsenio the other I know of is Party Machine with Nia Peoples. Does anybody know if she is still recording and what she did after ON The Way Up?

There is an album called "I am" by her, that contains the song you mention, and a few others, written or co-written by Prince: I am (Prince/David Z/Levi Seacer, jr.) On the way up (Elisa Fiorillo/Prince/Levi Seacer, jr/David Z) Playgirl (Prince), Love's no fun (Prince) and Ooh this I need (Prince). The album is recorded at Paisley Park, but the label is Chrysalis. The album number is F2 21678 it's from 1990. I have no clue what she is doing now.

If u don't have her "i am" album your missing out. I remember seeing her on Showtime at the Apollo, where she sang "Love's No Fun" and brought the house down. Thank God I taped it!!!
