this is so old...but Björn Again did a great "vendetta" on Erasure because of the "Abba-esque EP". I really like BA's ABBA infused covers of Erasure's "Stop!" and "A Little Respect".

This song/cd is pretty old. I got it when it first came out. It's OK. Kinda kitchy...yet a brilliant play on what Erasure was doing at the time. I wish they had picked out 2 more songs though like erasure did with ABBA.

Surprisingly enough, I quite like Abba. They made some of the best pop singles of the '70s imo, and had some immortal melodies in there.

This sounds quite a witty riposte to Erasure's pretty good 'Abba-esque' EP, for a cheesy Abba tribute group to cover Erasure songs in the Abba style.

I remember seeing Bjorn Again being interviewed on breakfast TV many years ago, and enjoying their affectionate mocking of the personas of the Abba members.

I'm now waiting for Erasure to release a new EP called ...

'BjornAgain-like'!

That's funny. I found those Abba covers from Erasure entertaining but kind imagine an Abba tribute band doing Erasure songs in Abba style, but they aren't Abba and already a homage...confusing!
