Best Obscure Album (or group) of all time Europhobia by The Phobia. The album peaked at #94 in 1974 but includes some good jams on it, including Rich To Poor, Hardcore women, and Curse of the Bounty Blue. I'll bet nobody's ever heard of The Phobia, either.

The Innocence Mission. Lead singer Karen Peris' voice is ethereal, broken, childlike, pure and weathered. It is a study in contradictions, the colour of which I've not seen before.
She made guest appearances on Natalie Merchant's "Ophelia" disc. Her group specializes in folk that wields wondrous melody. I prefer their lullabye CD, "Now the Day is Over."

It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.
