Joyce Sims - Come Into My Life

It had been a minute since I had heard CIML until today.
Listening to that song took me back to the summer of '88...when CIML was all over the radio. It sounds just as good as it did back then.

I never knew that there was a video for the song.

Of course, they edited the hell out of the song for the video, especially the intro. Some songs are just not meant to be edited and CIML is one of them.

Does anyone have any info on Joyce Sims? It was as if she disappeared off the face of the earth after the CIML album.

How many minutes is the 12 in version? I have an mp3 of the album version and it's 7:50 minutes long.

She never seem to have another hit thoúgh. Reminds me of the late Phyllis Nelson, who didn't have another hit after Move Closer in 1985.

I really liked this song. I thought she had at least one more popular song.
Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

She did. nod The other two were Lifetime Love and All In All. All 3 songs were from the same album.

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81
