1) David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix(depends on the day, I actually like these two a little bit more than Prince at the moment, so these guys are both 1a & 1b)
2)Queen-They may not be the BEatles, but I really enjoy their music. Always have 3)George Harrison-I really like the context of his music. He wasn't Paul or John, but a fine songwriter in his own right. 4)Michael Jackson-from the Motown days until 1991. 5) MAdonna-NOt feeling anything since Ray of Light (her best album IMO). Those that didn't make the cut: 6)2pac-Became a caricature when he joined Death Row, but a tormented talent. 7) Bob Marley-I like his music, but I don't feel the connection as with Hendrix. 8)Rolling Stones/Beatles-Depends on the day. The BEatles appeal to the pop side of me, but I give the Stones the edge for their bluesy brand of rock 9)GEorge Michael-A better songwriter than he is given credit for. 10) Hall & Oates-Always liked their style of music.
