I remember playing drums and it used to make me uncomfortble with George Clinton and Maurice White sitting right in back of me, taking notes! Then all of a suddden Earth, Wind & Fire had a horn section and then Funkadelic added percussion, horns and now they become Parliament and it's like, hmmmmm, that's interesting.
