People are kidding themselves into loving that song because it's everywhere. The videos hot but the actual sentiment of the song is fucking stupid. And that 'Ella, ella' shit is the most annoying hook ever. She doesn't seem to have much personality, a pretty puppet, and not much of a live voice. It's the kind of music that is forcing me back to listen to the real Ella, singing a beautiful song, with a beautiful voice, who gives a shit what she looks like? | |

I don't listen to radio & haven't seen the video, heard a snippet on ITunes & thought I'd try it out. Against my better judgement, me LOVES it  for what it is though - a good little pop/dance tune, nothing more

I know he's some tatoo dude who apparently had a reality show @ some point (how unpopular is THAT? ) but I don't know WHY he's famous - is he a guitarist? Drummer? All around musician? Does he have a band? Does he sing? Or does he just get tatoos? That is, if he has any unmarked skin left

no. I loved it at first too. It's very cool-sounding and very catchy. However, after the first few times, I've found it's one of those songs that I like about halfway through and then it starts to grate on my nerves.
