That show was boring... bring it back to the 1980-1982 period... lol

The performers bored me too. How dare this group that I never heard of cover Jackie's song and claim they weren't copying him. Bullcrap! falloff

I agree with u guys. The best thing about this show was the Soul Train line.

Jennifer Holliday was ok. Klique was tired. Their 2nd song was HORRIBLE!!! You could really tell what was happening in music at that time. Hip-hop was finally coming to be and Don couldn't ignore it. I believe this was before the movies "Breakin'" and "Beat Street" came out. Am I right?

The best performance on the show was the retro clip of Jermaine and the J5.

nod The mid-to-late 1980s shows were sad especially with that guy who was wearing glasses looking goofy and wasn't even dancing but acting tacky and ghetto. lol He was all on the hip-hop videos I think.

It was just an okay episode, the dance floor looked kinda empty during some the the songs.

Was Jermaine wearing an an afro wig?

Is that Jackie Wilson song the only song Klique is known for?

He might've. As far as I'm concerned, his S-Curl is a wig too. razz It's just been stuck on his head since 1991. lol

I didn't care for this episode at all. Actually, the only "danceable" type songs they played were "Cold Blooded" and "Rockit".
