And this is the problem with you defensive hardcore fans, you can NEVER, NEVER show us a convincing picture of when he was dark-skin with white patches, you can easily show us pictures when he is primarily white with brown patches, once again how convienient, but what about when it would have been at it's most obvious when he was black with white patches. Show me a series of pictures during the Triumph era or the Thriller era where he had white patches on black skin and then I will probably take the whole disease a little more seriously.

Btw since you claim that the reason why the vitiligo wasn't obvious during his initial stages because of his "brilliant" makeup job, why isn't he now using makeup to cover up his brown patches on primarily white skin?

This pic was taken around the same time as the Triumph era picture where is wearing a red shirt on stage. Now if someone can show me a similiar pic where he looks like this white patches, I will be a little more convinced.

the triump era pic is probably not real or simply bright lighting.

you are grasping at straws.

the facts are,
he got vitiligo after 1984.
and the signs were present in 85 onwards.
the pics speak for themsevles.

Well you sound like a hardcore fan, their ones that call people "morons" and "retards" and go ballistic because people see Michael different from them.

And btw MJ himself said he got vitiligo between Off The Wall and Thriller, that would be between 1979 and 1982, not 84. And if what your saying is true, that means that triumph picture of with him in a red shirt is probably a creation of an over-zealous fan wanting to prove Michael has vitiligo considering the picture is of Michael pre-1984 and more like 1980. So I suggest you and the other hardcore fans get your facts and dates right before you start spewing rubbish to others,

His unusual association with children, his strange idea that he was an ageless Peter Pan figure has caused him a great deal of trouble. His image is that of someone suffering BDD, he wears "ladies" wigs to cover his face and receding hairline, he cakes himself in transvestite stage make-up to hide his self-inflicted imperfections he caused on his quest to be an ageless 12 year old boy, you only have to see the leaked, disturbing screen shots from the You Are Not Alone video to see he has removed any trace of pubic hair. I believe MJ is trapped in a world of mental illness to the point where he is dishonest with fans, make promises he can't keep (Katrina single, fan club etc) and even lies about the fact his children are not his own biologically. I mean, he said Blanket was with an African American woman, how to two African Americans have a pure caucasian child?

I hope one day he gets the help he needs instead of allowing himself to be such a insane media clown. Leave that to Britney.

anyone who thinks MJ does not have vitiligo is a Grade A useless Moron with the brain of used Cum from a porn star.

He has vitiligo. Forget all the surgery shit. He has vitiligo which alone is enough to probably fuck your mind up beyond belief. So on top of being pissed off about having people making fun of him, he had to cope with having his skin color dissapear.

If you even watch Captain EO from 1985. In the making of video, he has lots of blothes on his face, arms everywhere. The fact is, during the late 80s, his make up artist skilfully evened out most of his color so it wouldn't be that noticeable.

It always pisses me off when fucking morons say, "he should have had white blotches, and not even color change". What the fuck are you people on ? Crack?

for gods sake, his makeup artist used a lighter shade on his white blotches, while at the same time, using light brown on his actual remaining skin color.

Its not exactly fucking rocket science. After all, MJ is a fucking multi millionaire and was able to afford the makeup, etc.

Even in the 1986 to 1989 Bad Era, there are fucking plenty of pictures where you can clearly see MJ where the makeup has been applied.

Its only fucking morons who say "oh he bleached it". Fucking morons, grow a pair of testicles or a clitoris for you females, and fucking accept it.

Yes, he fucking had numerous operations on his nose, who gives a fuck? its his nose. Is his nose fucking harming you in any way ?

For fucks sake! get a grip people.

Leave the man alone. He is suffering from something probably none of you can imagine. It is a fucking sad situation. But thats what happens with fucking genius, there is always flaws in some ways.

At least he fucking entertained everyone and gives great music.

Are you fucking retarded ? His shade lightened, because he used lighter brown makeup on his existing skin colour. and for the white blotches he used lots of brown to even it up. Its fucking simple, even a school kid can work out that.

It seems you cant.

fucking retard

Your the retard for not looking at the broader picture. Okay lets say he wore body makeup, what about during his concerts where he sweated profusely you going to tell me it never came off. What about pics of him back in the mid 80s when he was actually in his pool with just his swimming trucks? You going to tell me the makeup never came off? I only believe in coincidences to a certain extent and with Michael there are just mtoo many to believe everything he says.

From my understanding, Michael said on Oprah Winfrey (1993) that it was 'sometime after thriller'. As for the Triumph tour pic, I doubt it was manipulated. You can find it on image ordering websites (GettyImages, WireImage, etc) and I somehow doubt hey'd randomly edit the pictures.

Wait, what leaked You Are Not Alone pics? I don't remember even hearing anything about that. As far as pubic hair goes, he didn't have a problem keeping it here nana

And wheres that pica of MJ jumping in the air with his cardigan sweater? Love that one...

As for Blanket, I think we should stop speculating because theres really no use. Although Prince II is very light, he looks like Michael in the face. So what can we say? The only logical reasoning is that the black woman that is his baby mother has a skin complexion like LisaRaye, Raven Symone, Charli Baltimore, Faith Evans, so on and so forth.

Ok, if you believe he said the disease started was after Thriller, even though he didn't exactly say that, why are you posting dubious pictures of the Triumph era which was before Thriller. The mere fact that t everyone's contradicting even what he himself said and posting dubious pictures to try and prove he has vitiligo, in itself just proves how dubious the vitiligo story is. In the clip he said around OTW/ Thriller.

Look at this picture....its the ultimate proof.

and Im asking.....why some of you are sooooo convinced that he bleached his skin when you don't have evidences and proofs to back it up?

Insisting that he bleached his skin( which is impossible of course) proves how in denial you are.

Of course they don't have any proof to back it up. Some people are in denial about the fact that MJ has vitiligo because it doesn't fit in with their idea that Michael Jackson is a self-hating black man who bleached his skin because he wants to be white.

I just really love how people act like MJ decided to sit in a tub filled with clorox or some ish and bam! His skin automatically turned porcelain white. I mean it is IMPOSSIBLE to change your skin tone that drastically anyway. There is no skin cream bleach on the face of this earth that can change your skin tone that drastically but the vitiligo has affected MJ in other ways too. It actually turned his hair white which is something that most people don't know. His hair has been white since he was in his early 30's but he's been dying it for years and that's just one of the effects of having vitiligo that is seldomly talked about.

I'm sure having this disease has been a very hard thing for MJ to have to go through and for people to constantly mock him like that is not right IMO, but I forgot that since most people consider him a "freak" then I suppose it's okay to make fun of him, right? Constant jokes about children, his appearence, etc. is all fun and games for some people. I find his whole situation to be sad really and whether he is to blame or not for most of it is not the point. I just don't find anything funny about what has happened with MJ whatsoever.

None of your arguments are valid What's Going On. You always accuse others of not living in reality or of being an over-zealous fan anytime they defend Michael when the truth of the matter is that you are an ex-hardcore Michael Jackson fan yourself who just can't get over what has happened with Michael and it's sad really to see you constantly spewing your hate and anger for a man who doesn't even know you exist but anyway....

Back to the topic at hand, it is clear to me that you don't know anything about vitiligo or skin bleaching. You really need to do some research on both of these things before YOU start "spewing rubbish".

#1)Bleaching cream will NOT make your skin any more white than sun tan cream will make a white person black. It just doesn't exist! There is no cream that will give you make your skin look like Michael's.

#2)If you don't actually have vitiligo and attempt to "bleach" or dipigment your skin, it will just regenerate every time because your skin cells are still producing pigmentation so this argument about MJ "bleaching" his skin just doesn't hold up. Color of the skin CANNOT be lightened permanantely because as I said before melanin-generating cells will always be recovered by an organism so it's impossible to kill melanin-generating cells therefore making it impossible that MJ does not in fact have vitiligo or some type of skin disorder.

From working with kids, I can say from experience, not all biracial kids look the same. Just because a kid has a black father and white mother doesn't mean they're gonna be caramel skinned, curly hair and brown eyes. I've seen kids where they had BLONDE said hair, somewhat tanned skin and when their parents walk up, I'm thinking "OK, so where's yo REAL momma?" lol

Yes Michael had Vitiligo around Thriller. I don't know if he was wearing makeup back then. His skin has gotten lighter since Thriller. Lighter for Bad, and Pale White during Dangerous. I just wna tto know was he wearing makeup during THriller. His skin looks really high quality. Good tone, almost unnatural.

ANd a good question, if Michael has Vitiligo why does he call it Vitilago?

you so know what youre talking about nod
My grandmother told me that if he really did "bleach" his skin his liver would have been given out.And Ive never heard of "bleaching" the skin turning someone totally white and if so that fast?wtf? From what I was told this "skin bleach" would lighten the skin not WHITEN.And if thats the case there would be tons of white lookin African Americans walking around.I also had someone in my family who had vitiligo. Now he turned completely white. Not because of "bleach" but becaus eof a treatment that I believe Michael had done that speeds up the process of the disease...which gets rid of all the pigmentation,so you look like youre one color.I still dont believe that if he went thru the process he went thru it to look "completely" white.I think he just did not want the blotchy look that the disease gives you.
But like you said, the thing that makes me think he wanted 2 look white was the surgeries to get a more European look. The thinned out lips, widened eyes, and the nose. And then if that wasnt enough...his children.Id really like to leave them out but ummm its hard to when they look pure white. And he does say that they are his biological kids...okay,well why in te hell did he bleach his oldest son's hair?!?!?I love MJ but WTF?seriously?!?!?And please no1 tell me that thats that boy's natural hair color cuz its 2 obvious that its not!
what is up?!?!

walks back into thread

nod As for his two eldest children, I have no idea if either of them are his biological child. But as for "Blanket," I am sure that he is his child, since he looks too much like MJ when he was younger. I am unclear how I feel about MJ claiming the two eldest as his biological children if that is not the case.... eek

But in the end, the fact that he is regarded as a good father is all that matters. I cannot imagine what it must be like calling Michael Jackson "Dad". How people talk about him, it often seems that he is larger than life. Soon, his children will read about the things that others have accused him of (abandoning his heritage, molesting children, etc.), so I do not want to participate in the controversies in his personal life that MJ has gone through and continues to go through. The things that others have said about their father must be hurtful. All three chilren are, after all, human and have feelings like the rest of us.

Like you said in a previous post, I cannot imagine that his cosmetic surgeries are due to racial insecurities alone, but also due to an addiction to plastic surgery -- his older sister seems to be a similar victim. But I suppose none of us will ever know for sure what the real reasons are, since it is the one subject that he shuns.

But I never became a fan in the first place because of what he looks like, but because of his music. I am sure you feel the same way, since you continue to be a fan of the Jacksons.

I think that's his biggest concern. He remember how his father treated him and the other siblings and he's worrying his kids are going to grow up and resent him:
here's what he said a couple of years ago at Oxford
Then there are the far worse cases of children who harbour animosity and resentment toward their parents, so that any overture that their parents might undertake would be thrown forcefully back in their face.

Tonight, I don't want any of us to make this mistake. That's why I'm calling upon all the world's children - beginning with all of us here tonight - to forgive our parents, if we felt neglected. Forgive them and teach them how to love again.

You probably weren't surprised to hear that I did not have an idyllic childhood. The strain and tension that exists in my relationship with my own father is well documented. My father is a tough man and he pushed my brothers and me hard, from the earliest age, to be the best performers we could be.

He had great difficulty showing affection. He never really told me he loved me. And he never really complimented me either. If I did a great show, he would tell me it was a good show. And if I did an OK show, he told me it was a lousy show.

He seemed intent, above all else, on making us a commercial success. And at that he was more than adept. My father was a managerial genius and my brothers and I owe our professional success, in no small measure, to the forceful way that he pushed us. He trained me as a showman and under his guidance I couldn't miss a step.

But what I really wanted was a Dad. I wanted a father who showed me love. And my father never did that. He never said I love you while looking me straight in the eye, he never played a game with me. He never gave me a piggyback ride, he never threw a pillow at me, or a water balloon.

But I remember once when I was about four years old, there was a little carnival and he picked me up and put me on a pony. It was a tiny gesture, probably something he forgot five minutes later. But because of that moment I have this special place in my heart for him. Because that's how kids are, the little things mean so much to them and for me, that one moment meant everything. I only experienced it that one time, but it made me feel really good, about him and the world.

But now I am a father myself, and one day I was thinking about my own children, Prince and Paris and how I wanted them to think of me when they grow up. To be sure, I would like them to remember how I always wanted them with me wherever I went, how I always tried to put them before everything else. But there are also challenges in their lives. Because my kids are stalked by paparazzi, they can't always go to a park or a movie with me.

So what if they grow older and resent me, and how my choices impacted their youth? Why weren't we given an average childhood like all the other kids, they might ask? And at that moment I pray that my children will give me the benefit of the doubt. That they will say to themselves: "Our daddy did the best he could, given the unique circumstances that he faced. He may not have been perfect, but he was a warm and decent man, who tried to give us all the love in the world."
"We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I find it really ridiculous and preposterous that some people still denying that man has the disease after all the pictures that have been posted....Wake up people....NO operation in the world could turn your skin completey from black to white or vice versa...Its simply impossible.

Thank you. And I know what you mean about the cases of vitiligo patients where their hair turns white.
