"Hot Number" and "Get Off" were huge hits back then. They had some good grooves.

yeah....check out this clip for Get Off

doesn't the guy on the right look like a cross between Larry Graham and Borat?

funny how the band tries to lip synch the back up singers' parts and then the host totally hogs the stage at the end

I can't see videos on this computer, but from the responses on this thread, it sounds like y'all are looking at Foxy. Foxy had two of the baddest jams of the disco era....."Hot Number" and "Get Off". I would have loved for them to continued on into the 1980s.

I remember when they performed on "American Bandstand". They had a great look too. The lead singer had that straight full Prince hair before Prince even came along. He was twisting and slinging his hair too. I was like "go head on bitch, you better work whore!". lol

The reason they hated disco so much is because the bass shook the siding off their trailers.

lol lol lol

That disco bass thumped so hard, it even shook the ground outside the trailer. All this vibration in the front yard also knocked the cars off the blocks they were sitting on. The empty beer cans in the front yard were bouncing up and breaking out the trailer windows also.

I'm telling ya, those rednecks were in bad shape during those disco years. They had to put an end to disco. It was destroying everything they owned. lol
