it looks like a late-70s album...I wonder if this is the album that contains the song "Happiness"?

I haven`t heard the album myself, but it seems like it`s a big fan favorite...
The tracklist: 1. Could I Be Dreaming 2. He's So Shy 3. Love Too Good To Last, The 4. Evil 5. Save This Night For Love 6. We've Got The Power 7. Where Did The Time Go 8. Special Things 9. Here Is Where Your Love Belongs it was released in 1980 a short review from WARR "Thankfully, Perry dropped the soft-rock schtick here. Though he does find room for a blatant ripoff of the Jacksons' "Shake Your Body Down (To The Ground)" ("Could I Be Dreamin'"), most of the record is either bouncy pop (the hit single "He's So Shy," the sly "Evil") or ballads ("Where Did The Time Go" and "The Love Too Good To Last," both by Burt Bacharach & Carole Bayer Sager, "Here Is Where Your Love Belongs"). Unabashedly mainstream pop product, but not unrewarding. The usual top studio players are present and accounted for: Greg Phillinganes, Paulinho da Costa, Paul Jackson, Nathan Watts, Marlo Henderson. You get the idea."
