El and Bunny wrote this also, DeBarge were underrated as songwriters and musicians. Their vocal arrangements on this song is also incredible.

I'm finally happy to hear the whole song that everybody and they mama SAMPLED!

By the way I knew it was a sample from the first time I heard these songs so to those wondering why I waited 20 years to hear it don't hate if I listened to it as "late" as I claim it did.

One of the most sampled tracks in Hip-Hop history. Scratch that, DeBarge as a whole are one of the most sampled groups in R&B history.

Wow, I think I saw one of the last photos shot of Bobby before his death! He looked on the way outs since he had AIDS and all. Just before turning 40. A shame. But such a magnificent and beautiful voice. All the DeBarges can sing they ass off!

That was my jam and the i love the long version of that song on their definitive greatest hits.....She is not giving her props for her songwriting ability she is quite gifted in the area and wrote or co wrote a lot of hits for Switch and DeBarge.....I love her solo CD "In Love i have it on cassette i've been cruising the net for the CD but no luck, so if one of the ORGers have it email me and we can talk i would LOVE a copy....She has a duet on there with her brother Bobby DeBarge that i just LOVE called "Let's Spend The Night"...CLASSIC IMO.
