Hey whats up guys theres this artist that I really love and I just picked up his album yesterday called War Stories. His name is Lonnie Jordan and he's been around for a while and was in the 70's funk band WAR. His album released yesterday and its really hot with a lot of funk and soul to them. I saw Lonnie Jordan in concert a few weeks ago,performing with a bunch of musicians calling themselves War.These weren't the original members but it was an okay show.

I hate it when you go to see a group only to discover it's a bunch of hired musicians plus one original member.Lonnie should stop advertising himself as WAR, it's just not true.

To all who really cares. Lonnie Jordan sold his soul at the cross roads. When he was offered to sell out the rest of the original members Lee Oskar, Howard Scott, BB Dickerson and myself Harold Brown.

Lonnie Jordan doesn't own the name War. Far Out Production trademarked the name behind the band's back in 1979. Go check it out. He's not that smart.

Yupp, i think it was actually Jerry Goldstein behind the curtains - the same enigmatic manager who kept Sly Stone locked up the last 2 decades it seems.

I hope this guy one day gets sued back to stoneage.
