Different fans are interested in different things, and I can pretty much guarantee that an album marketed under the PSB name will sell more copies to the PSB fans than a Rammstein single. That's why it's a convenient marketing tool.


I think you misunderstood me. I was meaning this really is for the PSB fans. It pretty much puts many of their collaborations in one collection. I doubt it'll play out at the clubs as much of the music has been released already. I think this release would be better for an anthology or for a 12" retrospective. The Disco series so far has only included their work. I'd bve willing to bet they wanted to get this out there and someone suggested putting it under the Disco moniker to get the fans excited and because many people are familliar with the Disco brand.

If you just substitute the highlighted "get" in your quote with "market" (and drop the text in cyan colour), you get exactly what I've been saying. wink
