Jackson Browne - "Somebody's Baby" I don't think Jackson Browne ranks anywhere in my favorite artists lists. He's just one of those I've never actively listened to, but this song I love! I'm listening to Yahoo's Hits of 1982, and this one came on. Anyone else love it? I can't listen to it without thinking of Jennifer Jason Leigh losing her V in a dugout.

I like it a lot. Sure, it has a tinge of fromage about it, but it's one of those rare melodies that will stick in your mind forever.
Jackson Browne is actually one of my (sorry for using this oh-so-tired phrase) guilty pleasures. Running on Empty is one of the few albums I owned as a teenager that I still go back to semi-regularly, and I really like the Late for the Sky lp as well.

"Shape Of A Heart" by Jackson is great. "The first time I saw the cover of Dirty Mind in the early 80s I thought, 'Is this some drag queen ripping on Freddie Prinze?'" - Some guy on The Gear Page
