Just found this on the web today - a 10 disc boxset of the Parliament albums from Up for the Down Stroke to Trombipulation comes out in Japan on August 22nd.
All the CDs are in miniature card replicas of the original LP sleeves, complete with all the foldouts. P. Funk Earth Tour even has the poster and t-shirt transfer included!
Downside is the price 26,000 yen - about US$220

The cardboard LP sleeves are nice but I need full-size LPs with all the extra features. I've aged and I can't read fine print so good. LOL To be perfectly honest, "Gloryhallastoopid," and "Trombipulation" are not worthy of a repurchase, so I'm not really motivated.
