90's R&B Jam of the day: Tracie Spencer- Tender Kisses

The fourth single from her sophmore album "Make The Difference", Tender Kisses was a summer hit back in 1991, as it hit #1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart and #42 on The Billboard Hot 100.

I would take Tracie over these self proclaimed Hip-Hop/Soul Princesses of today like Rihanna and Ashanti ill

Tracie could sing circles around them and keep in mind she was only 13/14 at the time of the songs release

I remember her on an episode of Family Matters trying to get Eddie to sing.
