This is one of my all time favorite songs, by anyone. I love Shuggie's version but I favor the Brothers Johnson's studio version. I have the lyrics hanging on my wall. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."

Agreed BG. The Brother Johnson version had more syncopation going with the Funk and lyrics. | |
