Now the title is "James Brown Drunk" but I don't think so. I think he's just fooling with the interviewer. Notice how serious he gets when she mentions the gospel magazine.

I hope you don't insult the dead, just laugh and have a good time. He seemed like a great comic probably unintentionally but he was a riot in this interview.
