He don't look like Jackie to me, he got his mama's eyes because he's half-Asian. But he is definitely Jackie's son though. Actually his father's chin is similar to his, so maybe we can't relate Mike to Siggie...
As for Siggie's album? I don't think it's coming out anytime soon. I saw the Jackson Family Database website and it said he had prepared to release it in 2003 or something... Well it's 2007, we haven't heard nothing and it seems like Siggie has just settle as being a celebrity relative.
But what I can't understand is how do so many of them (Jacksons) promise albums and don't produce anything? We're still waiting for a J5 reunion, Jermaine.  Jackie and Jermaine and Tito were supposed to be working on solo albums, who knows with Randy, La Toya's still trying to release that "Together" or whatever it's called album for ten years now, Michael's going house-hunting and is presumably "done" with the album though it could come out next year and he doesn't have a label.
Right now the only Jackson making music buzz/news is Janet. Austin Brown (Rebbie's son) is also supposed to come out with something this year too presumably.
[Edited 7/22/07 1:00am] Well i know he did the cleft, but the facial reconstruction was always a Jury's still out for me... so its either family chin or a family surgeon... but that Chin's structure ... is def Jackson oriented... The problem with Jacko is he started his surgery at such a young age, you don't know if he's actually altering his apearence or just growing into some family features. The Chin is a perfect example...
And his pale skin and thin physique makes everything look worse... So it kinda shocks me when i see family members with similar feature sto his present allegedly altered face... Its like the other day i saw an old picture of MJ from the early 80's and just kept staring at his eye frame, noticing the similarities... the mans face is like staring into a Where's Waldo picture book... But i digress.. lets get back on point to this thread... Is that Janets real daughter... No... end of discussion I am a Rail Road, Track Abandoned

[Edited 7/21/07 16:07pm] I actually agree that Siggy does not look adopted, although I think that he looks more like Jackie than Enid. But I know that I read in one of those J. Randi Toraborelli books, however the hell U say his name, that Jackie's son was adopted. Whether or not Siggy was adopted..... 
Brandi is obviously a Jackson by birth. I'm no longer so sure about who she belongs to, but she ain't adopted from outside of the family. If anything, I think Brandi looks more like a pre-surgery Latoya.
