for those who don't know Katharine McPhee is an American pop singer who was the runner-up to Taylor Hicks on the fifth season of American Idol in 2006.(she might as well have won, cause it seems that way since taylor has gone nowhere) i wanna get her album soon, the two songs i've heard of hers so far are reallly good and she's a sweetheart

Yeah i agree, this was the first album i bought by an American Idol contestant mainly because she reminded me of early Mariah, and on one track she teams with Mariahs old partner in song Walter A, and if you listen to that track you wish Mariah would get him back ASAP!! She actaully is another one like Kelly Clarkson to speak up about her albums content and direction and SURPRISE neither was invited back on the AI show for the finale. She def has the star power, shes got the vocal abilities, she actually writes too, and shes also landed some other fashion/beauty deals so those things alone will keep her in the spotlight while others from AI fade away.
