I miss the ethereal sounds of the Wheelers and the gang. Static & Silence set a standard still unrivaled, in my opinion. But, it also took 5 years for them to release it. It's been almost that long since they released that album.

I know Harriet & Dave have been concentrating on their children.

But, anyone know if this wonderful Manchester group is planning on a new release within the next year or so?

I absolutely adore the Sundays...Harriet has such a gorgeous voice!

"24 Hours" still makes me cry every time I hear it...

I love that song "Here's Where The Story Ends" or whatever the exact title is. Her voice is dreamy. I should dig out their old album. It's been awhile since I've listened to it. "Summertime" was a cool hit too.

Love The Sundays.Harriet does have an awesome voice.
You can flame me here but she does sound alot like Liz Fraser of the Cocteau Twins JMHO.

I thought I was the only orger to dig The Sundays, silly me, I only know their first album who is one of my favourites records & their cover of the Stones "Wild Horses" is great, The Sundays , The Cranberries
