Here is my theory on Making the Band. Puff feels that he is the TRUTH...enought to make his entire life a spectacle. When Dave Chappelle did that spoof...there was sooo much truth to it.

He's not doing that shit to make a hit act...He collects a phat check from MTV every time he does it. Dude is not in the biz to put records anymore. His WHOLE life is a spectacle...he's a walking minstrel show in some ways...
