help with this (disco?) song, please

Ok, I've been singing this song in my head for a long time, or trying, cause I never knew the name nor the singers. I didn't know how to speak in English and I was around 10, yeah I'm over 35 now.

Please, help.
- It used to be on the radiostations in the late '70's or early '80's.
- It's sung buy a man and a woman (as a duet, but it could be a group)
- It ends with people clapping their hands, like a live performance.
- It has the typical disco upbeat.
- And here are the few lyrics I can recall (or re-construct)

At the begining it was like:

(woman)"Baby can't you see", (man) I want to talk it over
(woman) "Baby you and me" (man) (I can't remember)

At the end they sand together :

"Nowwwww you'll see
Youuuuu and me"

Maybe it's not much help... But some music addicted... over 35 maybe?? lol

Thanx a lot!!

Baby, can’t you see
I wanna talk it over
Baby, you and me
We’ll find a four leaf clover

Baby, can’t see you
I wanna talk it over
Baby, you and me
We’ll find a four leaf clover soon

Walkin’ through the rain
Feelin’ so much better (Ooohooohooohooo)
Wash away the pain
Tryin’ to forget her (Ooohooohooohooo)

‘Cause you know what she said

Baby, can’t you see
We’re not good for each other
Baby, you and me
Can’t play mother and father

I just can’t be free
When you’re sayin’: “What’s the matter?”
Baby, you and me
We just cannot be together

Baby, can’t you see
I wanna talk it over
Baby, you and me
We’ll find a four leaf clover

Baby, can’t see you
I wanna talk it over
Baby, you and me
We’ll find a four leaf clover soon

Ooohooo…

Walkin’ through the rain
Feelin’ that I miss him (I knew you’d gonna miss me)
Got a lot of pain
‘Cause I can’t be with him

But you can be with me, oh yeah!

One day you will see
You got to show your emotions
Give your heart to me
We’ll love each other with devotion, yeah

Baby, now I see (Now you see)
We are birds of feather
Baby, you and me
We just got to be together

Baby, can’t you see
I want to talk it over
Baby, you and me
We’ll find a four leaf clover

Baby, can’t see you
I wanna talk it over
Baby, you and me
We’ll find a four leaf clover soon

Baby, now we see
We were meant for each other
Baby, you and me
Can play mother and father

Baby, now we see
We were meant for each other
Baby, you and me
Can you play mother and father

Baby, now we see
You and me

Now we see
We were meant for each other
Ooohooohooo, you and me
Can play mother and father

Now, now, now we see
You, you, you and me, now
Now, now, now we see, now
You, you, you, you and me

Together again, yeaheah!

Now we see
I’m so mad, I’m so mad
I’m so mad about you, yeah

Now we see
I wanna be with you all my life
I’m so mad, I’m so mad
I’m so mad about you, yeah

Now we see
To-together
Now we see smile
