"Cut the Cake" and "Pick Up the Pieces" are my faves but something about "Schoolboy Crush" is very special. I can see why early hip-hop used to knock the guitar riff and the chimes in the intro.  | |

My favorite funk song is "(Not Just) Knee Deep" from Funkadelic. It think it is the best FUNK song ever written. "Erotic City" comes a close 2nd. The groove of these songs are just amazing.

They performed "Pick Up The Pieces","Person To Person","Cut The Cake","School Boy Crush","A Love Of Your Own","Soul Searching",and their version of "Whatcha Gonna Do For Me" (which Chaka Khan successfully covered in 1981).GREAT SHOW!!!! | |
