Here is something to say about is non mature ass. Jay kicked him off the Best of Both Worlds Tour cause R was acting like a BIATCH! Getting mad at Chicago's audience when they cheered harder for Hov. I'm going to try to find that interview Jay-Z did with Angie Martinez.

R's downfall is that he keeps yes people around him. He is mad insecure and a bitch ass.

I remember in 2001 before Alliyah died, R did a show in the city where I worked. He did NOT want to share the stage with anyone from Blackground (Aaliyah's camp) Dude pitched a fit. So them folks didn't show. It wasn't Timbaland...just an artist he was working. SO that artist said fuck it...I ain't performing.

Aaliyah died the next week.

Friday, the private problems between Jay-Z and R.Kelly have bubbled over
publicly as Kelly abruptly left the highly touted hometown Best of Both
Worlds tour date at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
In a recent interview, Jay-Z expressed his frustration, even though he
downplayed the supposed tension between the pair.

"He had problems with his lights, his sounds or whatever. Me, I just need
a
mic and a bunch of people that I connect with and I'm cool. My frustration
is I don't ever want to miss a show. I don't want a kid in Connecticut
holding a ticket for 29 days and on the 30th day, we can't go there
because
of lights," he told AllHipHop.com. "I'm not a person that cares about
lights. F**k the lights. Lets get busy.

However, after Kelly ditched the performance at Madison Square Garden,
Jay-Z
's communicated his resentment in an exclusive interview with Angie
Martinez
of Hot 97 right after performing the Oct. 29 show by himself.

"This is just disrespectful, [leaving the New York date]. Everybody better
grab their Best of Both Worlds albums, because that's it. Its too much.
Certain things aren't meant to be. It looks good on paper," Hov said to
Martinez. "I went way outta my way. The first night [in Chicago] was
terrible. I'm waiting in my white suit for two hours. The guy don't come
downstairs.you don't do that. I'm like, 'I don't work for you, B. I gave
him
that leeway, because that's his town."

"I did my best, I put [my show] together in 5 minutes," he said of the
Kelly-less New York show.

Mary J. Blige was present and Jay suggested that perhaps a duet album with
the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul would be a more fruitful effort.

"I would just love to do the Best of Both Worlds, me and Mary. I'ma put it
out there," he said.

According to those present in the studio, R. Kelly attempted to call in
the
station, but Jay-Z refused to take his call. According to reports, Kelly
appeared on stage briefly and told the crowd that was fearful that there
wer
e people in the crowd with guns.

Jigga shot the notion down, "They are tough in the Garden. It's tough. You
cannot get a gun in Madison Square Garden. Are you crazy?" he asked.

Jay-Z said, "Tell him to look my in my face at talk to me. Tell him he
can't
touch that stage. If they want to see a show with out him, they are
welcome
to see a show. I'm just here for New York now. I don't know about the rest
of the tour. Tell homey come see me, I'ma be at Club 40/40."

The pairs is still scheduled to perform in New York for three more dates
until Monday Nov. 1. Additionally, they are about 14 remaining dates on
the
tour.

"If I get love, he can't take that," he said. "I'm not here to outshine
[him]."

I have all his albums up to "happy people", and whilst they each contain some good songs off them, some of it isn't just average filler, but is fucking horrible. Probably, to me, his most consistant album was "chocolate factory".

He's come along way from biting Guy with Public announcment. He can be versitle aswell. Brotha can do club jams, slow jams, ballads, personal songs and MOR. Nothing is more MOR then "worlds greatest" or "i believe i can fly" (which not surprisenly, sounds like Jacko's "you are not alone"). But anyway, versitility is something to admire in any field of music, if done well enough. Latest album by all accounts sounds like a formulaic copy of everything else this year, so I'll pass on it.

Born In The 90's (with Public Announement) & 12-Play are THE only 2 R.Kelly albums worth mentioning. After the fact, most of his work sound the same.

"Shes got that vibe" is a classic though, and one of the few big newjack hits that crossed over onto the pop scene in the UK.

Not that I think he is a genius, but devante swing shaped rnb for the 90's just as much, if not moreso, then R Kelly. Heck Jodeci's albums are still good today, and musically, are alot more intricate then Roberts albums. Still, R Kelly did his shit alone, but Devante was a master in the studio aswell.
