It looks like they're speculating that there are recording studios there he'd be interested in. I don't know or follow MJ so your guess is as good as mine.

everyone who lives here are really angry, he is looking at an area in VA beach (really clost to where i live) and they said keep his child molesting ass out of here and hes a predator etc...i actually feel alittle sympathetic torwards him...  | |

i dunno why they're complaining, as soon as he moves there all the property are gonna triple in value, They could just sell their property for a nice tidy sum, and thats it... and Virginia will become a haven for accused celebrity pedophiles.
