Everytime I hear the name "DeBarge", I sadly can really only associate it with the likes of "Chico DeBarge" who tried his way into the nineties and failed.....badly. lol I also heard something about the guy beating a woman he was once with and serving some time for it. I mean, his voice was pretty good, I guess. But, he didn't get anywhere with his career.

Chico served time for drugs not beating some broad and he had a nice comeback album in 1998 with Long Time No See, since then he's had 2 follow-up albumns to little fanfare.

that is referring to El Debarge and yes he did serve time for beating his wife or girlfriend.. he was violent towards women ..hope he got some help for that

apparently there was a blind item several weeks ago in a newspaper, and there was a discussion on the assoc. artists forum, and pretty much everyone agreed that it described nona.

Yeah, there's a gossip website that actually names her. If you want celebrity gossip with probable names attached, here it is, Mr. Wittyman:

I went back and read a bunch of the older ones - some of them were VERY accurate in retrospect...

bored Explond is the operative word. As I said before, only real man can ride this ride and this excludes those that are infamous for premature ejaculations, playing with themselves jerkoff or lunatic amatures. Case Closed. hammer

sorry, I just can't hear the name "DeBarge" and take anything said after it seriously. shrug

How witty neutral

To me, "In A Special Way" was their best album. I got it (on cassette) when it first came out. Another one of their baddest cuts - and a staple of fashion shows - was "You Wear It Well", which featured Jesse Johnson on guitar (Prince connection).

El DeBarge is actually a kick-ass keyboardist - that's him all over Chico DeBarge's "comeback album".

I even dug the Diane Warren stuff, but I just take it for what it is - catchy songs with an "airy" fell to them. Nothing earth-shattering, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Given your trackrecord , its evident that you fit the bill of the lunatic armature as described . You've went from Porno Star/Musicology Mistress/throwaway protégé from Dallas. So Give a rest nuts one and put your straight jacket back on,and stay out of other peoples business. You have enough to take care of on your own with all the problems with CPS, chemical dependencies , DUI's and the rest. So check yourself. wink

Welcome to Prince.org lol

It's actually been fun "internet arguing" with you. Good luck with your geetar playing! I wish some of the young kids in my neighborhood took up guitar. Would keep 'em out of trouble.
