Name a song you like no matter who it's covered by... I'll start...
"Ooh Child" -- it's hard to find a bad version of this feel-good song

"Feeling Good" - nobody can fuck w/ Nina Simone's version (the Joe Claussel *sp* remix is great too), but I heard one by some group/guy named Muse during the credits of "John from Cincinatti" the other night that sounded kinda rocked out & cool. & just yesterday Pier 1 had some AWFUL version playing, sounded like that Michael Buble dude - he really fucked up the beginning (stripped the soul right out of it!) but somewhere within it I just tried to pay attention to the song & not his shit delivery & it halfway worked
There's probably more versions of it, I should check... "A Change Is Gonna Come" is another one, though I've only heard the Sam Cooke, Terrence Trent D'Arby, Aretha Franklin & Leela James versions... . [Edited 7/2/07 17:36pm]

Umm, are you just looking songs up on the internet or what? Don't need too. Most of these records are in my personal collection or memory. Don't be jealous. [Edited 7/2/07 21:58pm]
