*NEW STATEMENT* from Raymone Bain, stories Disseminated in the media regarding Michael Jackson NOT TRUE

STORIES DISSEMINATED IN THE MEDIA REGARDING MICHAEL JACKSON NOT TRUE

Washington, D.C. …. There have been several news reports regarding Mr. Michael Jackson that are untrue, defamatory and malicious in nature.

Mr. Jackson is not bedridden nor on any type of medication…including painkillers. In fact, Mr. Jackson is doing very well, and conducted a meeting with his advisors yesterday, which included Former Attorney General Benjamin R. Civiletti, and Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr., among others.

There was no press release issued from Mr. Jackson’s organization regarding any European tour plans. Despite reports to the contrary, Mr. Jackson is currently in the studio putting finishing touches on his music.

Mr. Jackson has not “left” Las Vegas nor is he being “evicted” from his residence in Las Vegas. He decided not to exercise the option to purchase the house. Period.

Mr. Jackson does not believe that his brother, Randy Jackson, has stolen monies from him, nor does he believe that Randy, or any of his family members, would ever steal from him. Reports regarding the same were untrue and malicious.

Contrary to published reports, Mr. Jackson is neither losing, nor is he selling his share of the ATV/Sony partnership. Reports regarding the same are ludicrous, without merit, and are being written without sufficient personal financial information to make such an unwarranted pronouncement.

-2-

Mr. Jackson is concerned that his assistant, Grace Rwaramba, is constantly being attacked by Fox News’ Roger Friedman. There have been vicious and untrue reports concerning Ms. Rwaramba, who lives a very private life and has done nothing wrong, but is being attacked for her professional relationship and proximity to Mr. Jackson.

While in his entire career, Mr. Jackson has never uttered a disparaging word to any reporter, nor has he ever used or instructed his security to use any force toward any reporter, there are those whose vehement hatred for Mr. Jackson has reached a level where all journalistic integrity has been lost, in order to write reports for which there is no substantiation, are untrue, written to create a frenzy, or used to try and destroy Mr. Jackson’s image. They know who they are; and, this is a sad commentary…a commentary which Mr. Jackson’s attorneys will address.

P.S. I never heard even one of these stories, so she's actually drawing more attention to them by issuing a statement than if they had just been ignored.

So you believe that Mike had only 2 nosejobs, and you also believe that his kids are really his real kids.

I don't read tabloids, but I don't listen to Mike either. This guy is the worst liar ever.

Doesn't he work for the lowest form of journalism that is Fox News? Who besides MJ obviously, cares what he has to say? shrug

When it come to Michael Jackson the truth lies somewhere in between. I don't stake my life on the tabloid gossip, but I doubt MJ camp are the most honest people in the world either.

these rumors have been around and and example is that someone posted on this forum yesturday that michael was sick and etc.

if michael didn't adress these rumors people would believe they're true and when he does people say it's for attention...so i think it's good that he verifies that these stories aren't true.

When Janet, Mom Jackson or Daddy Jackson deny the story, I'll believe it.

Dispite how uppy and happy this makes the people around Michael seem, I still have a bad feeling about both of them. Why can't MJ just get together with Clive Davis? Ditch all these people around him, who are probably just users anyways and Clive could be his manager/producer/boss - whatever. It would be a lot more productive, for these silly rumors to stop and more importantly, the future of MJ's music.

Imagine if Rob Thomas, or whoever wrote Santana's big hit "Smooth" hooked up with MJ for a track. It would be something like "Whatever Happens" but better.

At this point, nobody's even paying attention to the bizarre MJ tabloid stories, and if they would just ignore them, nobody would think one way or the other about them. It's a daily onslaught of bullshit either made up about him or made up by him (and his people). At this point, the public is saturated and doesn't care one way or the other. Issuing a statement only turns them into an actual story instead of the usual day in, day out blah blah blah about MJ.

Some fans take these articles to email Raymone and verbally attack her and Grace so I think that's the reason

I guess that you are not familiar with Roger Friedman's pathological obsession with Michael. Raymone is doing an excellent job in attacking the rumors about Michael. The problem is that his handlers/managers allowed the rumors to go unchallenged in the past. There are those in the media/tabloid media like Friedman who make up rumors because all of his sources have dried up. If Michael or Raymone just ignored the rumors, then fans say that Michael should "fight back" or dispel the rumors. When Raymone addresses and denies the rumors then detractors come up with the bullshit that she or Michael are feeding the rumors to the media. With Michael it's damn if he does and damn if he doesn't. I say %^$& what the detractors say and dispel the rumors. At least, people will be able to see that Friedman and other gossip hacks are being called out on their vicious lies and rumors.

When did Michael say that he only had two nose jobs? Do you actually think that Michael would claim that his children were his biological children if they weren't? By now, some one would have come forward and claimed to be the real father. No one has done that because they know that Michael can prove that he IS the biological father.

It's always fun for a minute. And then I remember, when these things keep popping up with new posts in "my org" and then I get a pit in my stomach lol Must get that obsessive-compulsive need to clear all the new messages out of my system. Or learn to stop posting on threads that I a) don't care about and b) will regret. lol

You really believe that huh? shrug In any event, he has said during one of his rare tv interviews that he's only had two nose jobs (I think it was his Oprah interview). And when he said it I do b'lieve I heard thunderous, uninterrupted bellows of laughter all around the world causing the earth to rumble and shake wink

or

you see i dont know who to believe..
Roger, sure he's obsessed with michael
BUT he did back michael during the molestation allegations...
He was one of the first cats to say MJ didn't do it...
which was shocking to me...
And Raymone was dismissed by MJ's attorney...
so... its kinda hard to decide who to believe...
