Nobody plays more complex guitar. He really thinks out those lines, you can see it on his face.

I don't know if you're talking to me or not. I'll assume the position and figure that u are since u dedicated the thread to me? Sure, I'm a fan. Been a fan since I was 13. I've seen this footage before too. Thanx, I guess. Zappa was cold blooded (oh, that's black slang for "really good").

hmmm I'm as big a Zappa fan (compositionally) as anybody but i'd have to challenge you on that one.


Here's just one example. This chord involves about an 8 fret stretch...



...some of Allan Holdsworth's guitar playing is beyond complex, it's damn near impossible.


And don't even get me started on this freak (lovingly of course)...
