[Edited 7/3/07 5:35am] You weren't the only one to comment on Geri's clothes. From icWales.co.uk: Sporty Spice fashion winner... Ginger Spice just scary
What was Ginger Spice wearing? Chief arts correspondent Karen Price holds her hands up in horror While most of the Spice Girls ditched their Girl Power look and opted for a more grown-up and sophisticated style by dressing in black yesterday, Geri Halliwell stuck out like a sore thumb. She looked like she had literally stepped out of bed and attended the press conference wearing her Victorian-style nightgown. Her long, layered, billowing white dress decorated in red poppies made her look like Little Bo Peep. The unflattering dress was teamed with some equally unflattering shoes – a pair of brown platform sandals which showed off the copper-coloured nail varnish on her toes. The only saving grace was her hair, which the petite star wore in cascading curls. Meanwhile, Posh Spice’s trademark pout was still firmly in place as she posed in super-skinny PVC trousers, teetering T-bar heels and a snug black corset top displaying her assets. New mum Scary Spice left her trademark leopard print ensembles at home and wore a fitted black corset top and red pencil skirt. Mother-to-be Baby Spice shunned her bunches and mini dresses to cover up her baby bump in a black knee-length dress. But Mel C won the fashion stakes by swapping her tracksuits and trainers for a black cropped bomber jacket, skinny jeans and heels for a safe but demure outfit. http://icwales.icnetwork...._page.html

MikeMatronik said: My favorite Girlsband is BACK!
THE SPICE GIRLS all lined-up together as a five-piece for the first time in nine years today as they announced their comeback plans. The group will play an 11-date world tour across six continents - starting in Los Angeles on December 7 - to 'say Goodbye' to fans. And even footballing superstar DAVID BECKHAM - VICTORIA's hubby - will join the tour. But the girls dismissed rumours they would be performing at this weekend's Concert For Diana - because EMMA BUNTON is due to give birth at any minute. Not since the departure of GERI HALLIWELL in May 1998 have all the girls been pictured together. Geri summed it up by saying: "Imagine you got divorced and you've got back together with your ex-husband." Joking about how Geri left the band, Victoria said: "We've forgiven her." The girls showed off their new grown-up look as they met to reveal details of their multi-million pound reunion tour. At the press conference at London's O2 Arena, hosted by actor RICHARD E. GRANT, they said they will release a greatest hits album at Christmas. And Victoria admitted David would tour with the group during a break from playing for LA Galaxy. She said: "He's going to be on tour with the kids and all of our families. He's so excited about us getting back together. "My main reason for doing this is for my kids - so they can see what mummy used to do. "I'm going to be the cool one in the family for once!'' Geri put straight reports they would be launching their comeback at Wembley on Sunday. Although PRINCES WILLIAM and HARRY did ask the band to take part in the concert for their late mum, it's not possible because of Emma. Geri said: "The thing is we have a very heavily pregnant lady here so we can't do it. Her waters could break at any minute." And Mel C added: "We would have loved to be there this weekend. It's just unfortunate timing." The girls also spoke about their world tour later this year. They promised to sing all their hits on the tour, which takes in LA, Las Vegas, New York, London, Germany, Spain, China, Australia, South Africa and Argentina. They are also filming a tell-all documentary to accompany their comeback. Geri said: "It's going to be the most honest story that you've ever heard. You get to see the dark side of the Spice Girls, the gritty side, the tears." But the girls said it wasn't a case of Viva Forever for the band - the comeback was strictly a 'one-off'. "This is going to be a one-night stand," said Geri. Source: http://www.thesun.co.uk/a...27,00.html [Edited 6/28/07 12:51pm] It's too late the Pussy cat Dolls are here and they can really sing! People seem to think they can get out of line and come back to their spot. George Michael,Anita Baker, Wakko Jacko,Lauryn Hill. They all (Xcept Posh) look like Soccer Moms or MILFs! Surpise & Goodbye Spiceless Girls. [Edited 7/3/07 15:27pm] We all want a big hit again because
we want to relive the Hysteria & Pandemonium we experienced when Purple Rain was Hot. Actually, he doesn't care if it happens again or not.

One million. That’s the number of people that have gone to the The Spice Girls’ new website to register for tickets to their upcoming reunion tour.
Now, a group of well-organized fans have started the Stop To The Top campaign, which launched this week. It’s an Internet undertaking which aims to get the Spice Girls’ single Stop to the top of the charts with Internet downloading - as it is the only single of theirs that didn’t make it to #1; it stalled at #2. Thus far the campaign seems to be working. The song has even made it to the Top 100 in iTunes. Stop To The Top has our support! Let’s download it worldwide to #1!!!
