Thinking about this makes my head break into pieces. Between the pieces is Station to Station. I guess.

I'm guessing since you were ready to declare Tori Amos the greatest female musician ever after hearing one compilation, you've probably heard about 4 Bowie songs, right? thumbs up!

what's up with people on here. I wasn't serious.

I have diamond dogs, ziggy stardust, station to station and 2cd best of.

Bowie's great but he hasn't produced many songs on his own. There's obviously the diamond dogs album which he produced and arranged on his own but on ziggy stardust ronson did some of the arrangements.

this is not america is one of my favs

you're right, he's not much of a producer. aside from some non-influential, obscure stuff for iggy pop and lou reed, i'd doubt bowie even knows how to use a studio. nuts

How do famous people turn down friend requests on myspace? Are they like "I'm sorry, but this person should not be a fan of mine. I forbid it. DENIED!"?

... It's that combination of sincerity and artifice that I think totally sums up what Bowie is about. And he does it more slyly and strangely on this song than anywhere else. The video seals the deal for me. When he throws back his head during the chorus...

Yep. Except I can't make myself to watch the entire video. lol

See what the fuck is that all about anyway?! mad

That's when you start becoming a Myspace stalker I think. hmmm razz I am determined to be accepted now. nod I am fixated on it and I can't let it go.

And I mean come on, people like Bowie have about 200,000 friends already. Why deny little old ME out of everyone? lol Fucker. He must hate Jarvis Cocker or something because I have Jarvis as one of my top friends on there. I can't think of any other reason. lol

I think John Waters knows that you are a dangerous person though. nod
