songs about shoes? (any suggestions)

hey,

I work at a store that sells sports-equipment, mostly running and other sports-shoes. Me and my collegues where joking about putting together a cd with songs about shoes to play in the store...

so far we only found 3 songs:

* these boots are made for walking - nancy sinatra
* boots of spanish leather - bob dylan
* blue suede shoes - carl perkins

does anyone else have any ideas?

thx
kevin

Fergie has a song called "Mary Jane Shoes" lol
Dido-"Sand in My Shoes".....haven't listened to Dido in years. Maybe I'll pull out her albums. Not really about shoes, but it has the word in the title.

What was that Shania Twain song out some years back "Whose Bed have Your Boots Been Under"? I think that's the title.....I just know I used to hear a lot.

Sonic Youth-Dirty Boots. smile

There was this one song Smokey Robinson had recorded back in 1978 called "Shoe Soul". It was a bass-driven, mellow funk tune that appears to be one of his lesser known songs. If you never heard of this song, it is included on his Solo Anthology from 2001.
