You wanna know what is really screwing up "Hip-Hop/Rap", now........ It's those "GODDAMNED REMIXES"!!! They are being fucked with to death! I remember a time when remixes were rare. Now, there's like ten remixes to every song on the radio from this music genre, popular or not! I am tired of this. For those who are "Hip-Hop/Rap" fans, what is you're feelings on this subject?

Yeah, a lot of remixes are annoying but what is even more annoying is the fact that you can hardly buy an album these days without a bunch of "featuring" artists...in the 80´s , the odd collaboration song was still something rare and special, and these days most albums are just being used as a vehicle or advertisement for a bunch of other fools, whether from the same label or not.
Also annoying is the lack of vocabulary and basic grammar skills. For instance when every sentence being muttered ends with " ...you know what I´m sayin?" or .."y´na mean ?" People like Ice T, KRS One, Chuck D. Whodini, Melle Mel or even Nas and Jay-Z come across as smart individuals in interviews but a lot of other rappers make a fool of themselves on a regular basis. What´s even funnier is when some old school veterans who used to be very articulate and smart now use the latest slang and bad grammar in order to be cool. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"
