"Mellow Mood Pt.I" (Love Unlimited)

usage:
"A.S.S. (A Scorpio Surprise)" (Chri$topher)
"Rasool" (Jill Scott)
"Friends" (Mary J. Blige)
some song from Power Of The Dollar (50 Cent)

I think I officially KILT that sample
let it rest in peace LOL

No, please don't retire Warda's Betwans Beek (I cherish you). That's about eight minutes of pure Egyptian soul, that I never want to hear the end of.

THat's why i clap to Rich Harrison for using obscure soul 45's as a blueprint 4 his beats. They are out cold...sometime. I know "Sugar Mama" by beyonce and "Cant Stop" by Missy were the hotness....not to mention "1 Thing".

I wouldnt let him produce a whole album tho
Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.

funny thing about Rich "Nice"
I know he has more in him
that that "gogo" shit

I want more of the shit
he was doing for Amerie
on this right here

don't mistake it though
I love his gogo/drums & cymbal crash beats
(especially that "Can't Stop" by Miss E.
OMG I love that track)
but I like his "hip hop soul" stuff too

That's funny ya'll mention him, I was reading about him on Wiki and listening to some of his stuff on Youtube yesterday. I like him. He has a unique sound that makes me move. But most of his productions remind me of Rebirth of the Flesh...I guess it's the horns and the crazy beats and all that...

this album is sooooo slept on

it's gets better & better towards the end
(Mommy, Click Clack, and the last one
with the marching band drums... the name escapes me...
I LOVE THAT!!!!)
it's that classic Missy that I've grown to love
I love all of her albums love

I have a special mix of "Can't Stop"
featuring my homeboy Kouaric from France
it's the same album track
but he does his trademark "oooooh ooohs" in the background

wow cool!!! cool
I thought I was the only one
who dug that Cookbook album lol
("On & On" is my absolute favorite
Pharrell outdid himself on that beat)

IMO Missy needed to take a break
because although I like The Cookbook
I can also say it was weaker than TINAT
and her albums from the 1st one
just got stronger & stronger
The Cookbook was like a step back

I'm ready for some new Miss E though
it's about that time biggrin
