This is a vicious thread... Which are the top 5 female artists that u absolutely cannot stand?
The ones that can't sing, or can sing, is ugly, is beautiful...WHATEVER! Ya'll are really harsh on Vanessa Carlton. Yeah, her voice leaves much to be desired, but her piano playing is very good, and she's had one of the best singles of the year.
Here are my votes: 1. Jennifer Lopez. I'm not even gonna call her J-Lo because that's what she wants. 2. Michelle Branch. Who, you say? In a perfect world I wouldn't know of her either. 3. Sheryl Crow. She's had some good songs, but certainly not lately. Soak in the Sun was really annoying. 4. Avril Lavinge. I've gotta admit, I think she's kinda cute, but her song does get very old, and this whole dressing like the guitarist for AC/DC with the neck tie is really stupid. 5. and finally, a tie between Alicia Keys and Pink. Alicia for being overrated and tired, and Pink for just being a smart-ass that makes overproduced, plastic-y, poppy, crap-rock. | |

I agree with all of you. All of your choices are ok with me. I can't stand Britney, JLo and Shakira is down right scary and her voice is absolutely pathetic. These babes have no talent at all. What they have are great young bodies and unfortunately that's what the general public finds appealing and that's why they watch the lame videos and then go by the lame cd's. Most people wouldn't know true talent if it bit them in the ass. | |
