An artist that did a Prince remix that I never knew existed I didn't know M.C. Hammer did a Soft and Wet re make of Prince's song.

Not as much as his boy Rick James. Maybe, but Prince had 2 writing credits on the album for Soft and Wet and Pray, while Rick James only had U Can't Touch This (which of course was probably the biggest song of the year worldwide but still Prince should have twice the songwriting credit for the album sales) | |

"Pray" was a hit but nowhere near that of "U Can't Touch This" PRINCE: Always and Forever
