An artist that did a Prince remix that I never knew existed

I didn't know M.C. Hammer did a Soft and Wet re make of Prince's song.

Maybe, but Prince had 2 writing credits on the album for Soft and Wet and Pray, while Rick James only had U Can't Touch This (which of course was probably the biggest song of the year worldwide but still Prince should have twice the songwriting credit for the album sales)

But "U Can't Touch This" with it's radio play, live performance fee's, Television play and comercials got Rick way more then Prince.


"Pray" was a hit but nowhere near that of "U Can't Touch This"
