what if mj wrote songs for today's artists?

On more than one occasion, I've seen people on this board say that michael wrote better songs for other artists than himself. I'm not so sure I agree with that statement, but I can totally hear the michael sound all over songs like muscles and the like.

What if he were to write songs for today's artists that emulate him? Would it be worth it? He could generate a lot of money that way from songwriting and producing, and young kids would buy it because it's someone younger and hotter(to THEM) that's being promoted.

I would think it's a good way for him to remain active in the music business, but then I would be thinking 'what if' for eternity, cause he could have done those songs on his own and they would have become hits if they were that great.

mmmm no...MJ is a decent song writer... But he's not that good that he could profit from it as a career...
He aint getting nobody to sing about finding lost children...
well...
Maybe R.kelly..., he'll just change the title and hook to sexin up yo daughter, and put his little rain drop beats on ir
(bad joke... but hey)

MJ has the skill, but i don't know how well he's honed the talent...
I tell everyone Stranger in Moscow was his Poetic and musical masterpiece...
But it's been over ten years now and he hasn't shone me that he can do it again...

Who Is It, is another good track that was fully done by him..
But thats all Old MJ,
I judge MJ by what he's written recently...
which are the two tracks written in Invincible.
Speechless and The Lost Children...
IMO awful cliche swill...
I just don't know if he's got it anymore...

Ok ...here is what happened.....

Beautiful Girl is Demo written in 1998.The way you Love me written in 2000,,I think..Those are songs recorded for Invinicble but never made the final cut...

I will say this, Mj recorded more than 100 songs for the album Invinicble, only 16 with only two written by him made the final cut, he himslef wrote so many songs, of course song like The way you love me is better than the lost children , the fact that Mj didn't give sony music the best tracks intentionally,he even didn't give them the best tracks for the ultimate collection, Mj simply was waiting to finish his contract with sony music, he said himslef that he didn't give them the best songs .....there are many songs solely written by Mj for Invincible registered on BMI....It just proves he wrote songs but he never released them..... here are some:

1-Soldier's Entrance

2-Be me for a day

3-Whats it gonna be

4-unknown

5-I got this Feeling

source :http://repertoire.bmi.com...ae=2961801

you will find many songs of the link I have given you from different eras, Of course there are more and more songs, those are the unreleased ones solely written by MJ only registered on BMI...the other insane collection of unreleased songs are his privte vault...majority titles of unreleased songs never made the public .

basically this is all proof that he's a song writer, and has been writing...
but whether he's any good is hearsay...

I really wanna hear the songs he wrote back in '73 and '74 like "Thank You For Life" and "Ode To Sorrow"

I used to wonder if songs he wrote years ago were updated over the years and part of the 100 he wrote during the making of each album. I know that' sthe case with liberian girl, little susie, who is it, black or white, give in to me and so on
